Dogzymes Organic Norwegian Kelp is a valuable nutrition source. Providing trace minerals found only on the ocean floor, kelp brings what our farm soil no longer delivers. Kelp is rich in iodine which helps support gland function, especially the thyroid. Like people, hypothyroid is seen in many dogs today. Iodine is increasingly deficient in food. Kelp is an easy way to restore this necessary part of diets. Environmentally sustainable, our kelp grows in the cleanest cold ocean water anywhere.
Our Kelp is certified organic! All Kelp is vegetarian and our North Atlantic Ascophyllum nodosum is the plant you want! Don't be fooled by other retailers of Kelp making claims...KELP IS KELP! It can vary from crop to crop as any plant but generally supplies a high trace mineral and low vitamin value.
NOTICE: Due to the fresh harvesting and natural cultivation of our Organic Kelp, you may occasionally notice pale, fluffy fiber bundles in the Kelp. These are Kelp "flowers." We do not use chemicals to dissolve these flowers as other suppliers do. These flowers are actually safe and nutritious for animal consumption.

Dogzymes Organic Norwegian Kelp
I breed and show National Champion German Shepherds. I feed them a Raw Diet, and wanted to make sure they were getting all they needed. This one particular female appeared to have a low thyroid. So I had a hard time keeping her in good weight and her seasons were not as normal as they should be. Now her weight is in check and her coat is even looking better. She is due in season here next month so am hoping that will be normal as well. So I will be keeping my dogs

Great Product - Bad shipping
This is a great product and my dogs love it. On receiving my last package of this product it was opened in the box and the seal was broken, spilling most of the product in the box.

Nice breath, lovely coat!
The breeder of our Saint Bernard, Sophie, feeds all of her dogs a raw diet. Her only supplements for them are Dogzymes Norwegian Kelp and Cran-Tri-C. Her dogs are sturdy, beautiful show winners. Our Sophie and her Newfy brother, Dually, continue with the raw diet, and continue with the supplements. They have wonderful, thick coats, bright eyes, lots of energy, and even sweet breath! They exude good health! I heartily recommend Norwegian Kelp and Natures Farmacy.

I am very pleased with this product!
I use it mainly to darken the pigment in my Basset's coats (especially my seniors who may still be in the show ring) if they start to lighten in color . Norwegian Kelp also contains beneficial trace minerals that help to keep them healthy. A win / win scenario for me and my hounds. I am very pleased with this product!
