United Parcel Service and Federal Express have suspended AIR Service Guarantees globally
as of April 4, 2020.This means UPS or FedEx AIR shipments (Overnight, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Air) do not have guaranteed delivery time or money back guarantee. No refund is available if UPS or FedEx does not get it there on time. We have no control over this policy.
This is effective Monday 4/6/2020. This is in effect until further notice.
Shipping Time Information
- Orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be scheduled to ship the same business day.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm EST, MAY ship the same business day, to the best of our ability, otherwise next business day.
- Orders received after 5:00 pm EST Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will ship the next business day. Our orders process constantly over weekends and holidays but are picked up first following business day.

Free shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) are at the sole discretion of Nature's Farmacy. Excludes Air Shipments, Kennel Block and new Country Org Chicken Feed orders. For packages weighing 5 pounds or less, we generally ship via USPS/United Postal Service. For packages over 5 pounds we generally ship via UPS/United Parcel Service. Continental US Only. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa.
International Shipping Terms and Disclosure
You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importation of products that you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Nature’s Farmacy is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties, levies, fees and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. You are also responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, and other duties.
If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.

- We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on products manufactured by Nature’s Farmacy.
- You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase for a refund.
- You must contact us to receive authorization for the qualified return and receive an RMA number by calling 1.800.733.4981 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns sent without pre-authorization may not be eligible for refund.
- Returns must be sent by USPS, UPS or FedEx to:
- Items returned at your choice: Shipping cost is non-refundable. We encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company. We do not accept COD Returns.
- If the return is due to the item being damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc. from Nature’s Farmacy, a pre-paid, insured shipping label will be provided to you.
PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY NATURE’S FARMACY
- You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.
- IMPORTANT: Item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.
- Items returned at your choice: Shipping cost is non-refundable. We encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
- We cannot accept out-of-date products for return credit.
- Returns must be within 90 days of purchase.
- Products purchased from any of our retailers must be returned to the retailer.
- AS-IS items from the Clearance section on our Nature’s Farmacy website are not returnable or refundable.
- We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
- Exchanges are not available. You may return an item at your expense for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
