Nature's Farmacy Subscribe and Save: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By subscribing to Nature's Farmacy Subscribe and Save service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all subscription plans, including the 30-day and 90-day plans. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Plans
Nature's Farmacy offers three types of subscription plans:

30-Day Plan: Products are delivered every 30 days.

60-Day Plan: Products are delivered every 60 days.

90-Day Plan: Products are delivered every 90 days.
- 120-Day Plan: Products are delivered every 120 days.
- 180-Day Plan: Products are delivered every 180 days.
3. Subscription Holds and Cancellations

Placing a Hold: You may place your subscription on hold at any time. Holds can be activated through your online account or by contacting our customer service team. During the hold period, no products will be shipped, and no charges will be applied.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellations can be processed through your online account or by contacting customer service. Upon cancellation, all future shipments and charges will be stopped immediately. (NOTE) discount resets
4. Billing and Payments

Payment Schedule: Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (every 30 or 90 days, depending on your plan).

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment information. Your subscription may be paused until payment is successfully processed.
5. Pricing

Price Changes: Prices for subscription plans are subject to change. Nature's Farmacy will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect.
6. Product Availability

Product Changes: While we strive to keep all products available, Nature's Farmacy reserves the right to discontinue or replace products as necessary. In the event of a product change, you will be notified in advance and provided with alternative options if applicable.
7. Refunds

Refunds: Refunds for undelivered products due to cancellation will be processed according to our refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with any delivered product, please contact customer service for resolution.
8. Account Management

Account Information: You are responsible for keeping your account information, including shipping address and payment details, up to date. Nature's Farmacy is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.
9. Communication

Notifications: You agree to receive communications from Nature's Farmacy regarding your subscription, including notices of price changes, product updates, and billing information.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Nature's Farmacy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the subscription service will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
