Shipping & Returns
United Parcel Service & Federal Express have suspended Air Service Guarantees globally on 2-Day and 3-Day air services. However, Priority Overnight by 10:30 a.m. and Standard Overnight are guaranteed. This means UPS or FedEx 2-Day and 3-Day Air Shipments have no guaranteed delivery time or money-back guarantees. No refund is available if UPS or FedEx does not arrive on time. We have no control over this policy. --Effective 5/1/2022 until further notice.
Free Shipping
· Purchases must meet a minimum order value of $29, not including sales tax.
· Product Exclusions: Nupro products, Kennel Block products, Auto-Lock Bar Gates, and Pressure Gates
· Free shipping promotions refer to standard shipping only. (Express shipping is excluded.)
· Delivery times are not guaranteed and can range from 10 to 14 days.
· Shipping offers do not apply to bulk orders.
· This offer is only valid for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. and may not be available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. These promotions are unavailable for purchases delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or other non-contiguous U.S. locations.
· Carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx) are at the sole discretion of Nature's Farmacy.
Shipping Time Information
· Orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be scheduled to ship the same business day.
· Orders received after 12:00 pm EST MAY ship the same business day, to the best of our ability, otherwise the next business day.
· Orders received after 5:00 pm EST Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will ship the next business day. Our orders are processed constantly over weekends and holidays but are picked up the first following business day.
· For all Air Shipment Orders and International Orders, we recommend calling us directly at 1.800.733.4981 to confirm service availability and timely delivery.

· FedEx Residential Home Delivery: Tuesday through Saturday
· FedEx Overnight, 2 Day Air and 3 Day Air Delivery (Order MUST BE RECEIVED by NOON EST TO SHIP SAME DAY): Monday through Friday
· FedEx 2 Day Air (delivery by end of second business day)
· FedEx 3 Day Air (delivery by end of third business day)
· FedEx Overnight Saturday Delivery: Saturday – Ships Friday by Priority Overnight Air plus a Saturday fee. TWO separate fees.

International Shipping Terms and Disclosure
You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Nature’s Farmacy is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. You are also responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, and other duties.
If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
