PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY OR FOR NATURE’S FARMACY

· We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on products manufactured by Nature’s Farmacy.

· You must return the item within 90 days of your purchase for a refund.

· You must contact us to receive authorization for the qualified return and receive an RMA number by calling 1-800-733-4981 or emailing returns@naturesfarmacy.com. Returns sent without pre-authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

· Returns must be sent by USPS, UPS, or FedEx to: Nature’s Farmacy, Inc. 111 H Mullins Court Jasper, GA 30143 Attn: Returns Dept.

· Items returned at your choice: Shipping cost is non-refundable.

o We encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

· A pre-paid, insured shipping label will be provided if the return is due to the item being damaged, defective, or the wrong item sent, etc., from Nature’s Farmacy.

 

PRODUCTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY NATURE’S FARMACY

· You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase for a refund.

· IMPORTANT: Item(s) must be new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

· Items returned at your choice: Shipping cost is non-refundable. We encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

· We cannot accept out-of-date products for return credit.

· Returns must be within 90 days of purchase.

· Products purchased from any of our retailers must be returned to the retailer.

· AS-IS items from the Clearance section on our Nature’s Farmacy website are not returnable or refundable.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

· We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

 

EXCHANGES

· Exchanges are not available. You may return an item at your expense for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
