United Parcel Service & Federal Express have suspended Air Service Guarantees globally on 2-Day and 3-Day air services. However, Priority Overnight by 10:30 a.m. and Standard Overnight are guaranteed. This means UPS or FedEx 2-Day and 3-Day Air Shipments have no guaranteed delivery time or money-back guarantees. No refund is available if UPS or FedEx does not arrive on time. We have no control over this policy. --Effective 5/1/2022 until further notice.
- Purchases must meet a minimum order value of $29, not including sales tax.
- Product Exclusions: Nupro products, Kennel Block products, Auto-Lock Bar Gates, and Pressure Gates
- Free shipping promotions refer to standard shipping only. (Express shipping is excluded.)
- Delivery times are not guaranteed and can range from 10 to 14 days.
- Shipping offers do not apply to bulk orders.

- Orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be scheduled to ship the same business day.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm EST MAY ship the same business day, to the best of our ability, otherwise the next business day.
- Orders received after 5:00 pm EST Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will ship the next business day. Our orders are processed constantly over weekends and holidays but are picked up the first following business day.

You are responsible for complying with international, national, or local laws regulating the importation of products you may purchase. If an order is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, Nature’s Farmacy is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. As the purchaser, you are solely responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties, levies, fees, and/or any other expenses related to importing the products you order. You are also responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, and other duties.
If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind.
Please check with your country’s customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. By ordering, you agree to these terms.
Australian Customers: Please check with AQIS (https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Impo) to ensure you have all the documentation necessary for importing our products into your country.
Nature's Farmacy Return Policy
We are so convinced you will absolutely love our products that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all products manufactured by Nature’s Farmacy.
- You must return the item within 60 days of your purchase for a refund.
- To complete your refund, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
- Returns are accepted only for items that have been purchased directly from Nature’s Farmacy.
- If a product was purchased through a third party (Amazon, Independent Retailer, etc), the item must be returned where purchased and will follow their return policy.
- Items not manufactured by Nature’s Farmacy MUST be returned new, unused, in original condition and box, including all parts, accessories, and packaging.

- We cannot accept out-of-date products for return credit.
- AS-IS items or items from the Clearance section are not returnable or refundable
- You must contact us first by calling 1-800-733-4981 or emailing returns@naturesfarmacy.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- You must include the RMA in the return. Returns sent without RMA may not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be sent by USPS, UPS, or FedEx to: Nature’s Farmacy, Inc. 111 H Mullins Court Jasper GA 30143 Attn: Returns Dept.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- We encourage you to insure your package for the full retail value. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
- A pre-paid, insured shipping label will be provided if the return is due to the item being damaged, defective, or the wrong item sent, etc., from Nature’s Farmacy.
- Exchanges are not available. You may return an item at your expense for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
