No. Due to system restrictions, we can only apply Paw Points rewards when placing anorder.

I accidentally redeemed a reward, can I get a refund?

Can I use Paw Points rewards on product subscriptions? 

Currently, Paw Points rewards cannot be used on subscriptions.

I have more than one account, can I merge the Paw Points?

Yes, please submit a support ticket with both accounts email addresses and we will merge them. Submit a support ticket here

Why did my Paw Points disappear?

Paw Points expire after 1 year of no activity on the account.
