It can vary from crop to crop as any plant but generally supplies a high trace mineral and low vitamin value.
NOTICE: Due to the fresh harvesting and natural cultivation of our Organic Kelp, you may occasionally notice pale, fluffy fiber bundles in the Kelp. These are Kelp "flowers." We do not use chemicals to dissolve these flowers as other suppliers do. These flowers are actually safe and nutritious for animal consumption.
