I ordered “Complete” last Saturday but still have not received my order. I know there have been delays because of the weather but a whole week and still nothing seems extreme! I checked the “tracking” of the order. Looks like it’s still in NC. Since I live in VA and more snow is expected in NC this weekend, doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving my order anytime soon!
We contacted USPS, and they informed us that the inclement weather is causing the delay. However, they assured us that you should receive your order by February 4th.
W apologize for the delay in receiving your product. Unfortunately, we rely on our carrier services, and it seems they have fallen short this time. We will continue to follow up with them until your package is delivered.
