Directions for Use: Administer at meal time.
One capsule daily for small animals
2-3 capsules daily for large animals

My Cavalier was diagnosed with a grade 2 MVD murmur 3 years ago. I choose Heartwise over Western medicine due to a very bad experience with the kidney disease side effect from Western meds. My boy has remained at a grade 2 for 3 years and is now 11. He is stable and otherwise quite healthy. I owe it to Heartwise and highly recommend it!

I fostered a Frenchie with a pretty severe case of heartworms. She started Heartwise during her treatment and remains on it daily to support her heart as it heals. I don't imagine taking her off.

I’ve been using Heartwise on my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel since she was 6 months old. She just turned 4 years old and had her wellness checkup and received an excellent report. Her vet said her heart is healthy and sounds good.
She told me to keep my baby girl on the Heartwise as well as the Probiotic Max and Phytoflex. All excellent products!
