Dogzymes Puppy-Bac is a specialized canine nutritional supplement designed to address a range of circumstances where puppies, and even senior dogs, require additional nourishment and support. This versatile product is tailored to meet the unique dietary needs of puppies, ensuring their well-being in a variety of situations, such as large litters, milk production issues in nursing mothers, C-section births, orphaned puppies, or critical emergencies. Let's take a closer look at what makes Puppy-Bac an exceptional choice for these scenarios:

  • Mimicking Natural Milk Sources: Puppy-Bac is formulated to closely resemble both goat's milk and a bitch's milk, making it highly suitable for puppies of all ages. This similarity ensures that it is readily accepted by newborns, older puppies, and even senior dogs, providing them with the nourishment they require.

  • Nutrient-Rich Composition:

  • Coconut Oil: The inclusion of coconut oil provides essential fats, which are crucial for healthy growth and energy. It helps puppies and dogs meet their dietary fat requirements, especially during critical development stages.

  • Milk and Whey Proteins: These are excellent sources of high-quality protein, which supports muscle development and overall health in dogs.

  • Versatile Application:

  • Liquid or Food Mixing: Puppy-Bac can be used as a liquid supplement, making it ideal for bottle or tube feeding. It can also be mixed into regular dog food, making it versatile and easy to integrate into a dog's diet.

  • Digestive Health Support:

  • Direct Fed Microbials: These are beneficial probiotics that promote a healthy gut flora, aiding in digestion and nutrient absorption.

  • Digestive Enzymes: These enzymes assist in breaking down food, making nutrients more accessible for absorption, and aiding in the digestive process.

  • Comprehensive Nutrient Profile:

  • Vitamins and Minerals: Puppy-Bac is fortified with essential vitamins and minerals to support overall health, growth, and immune function.

  • Added Fat: The extra fat content is especially beneficial for young and growing puppies, as they require increased energy levels for development.

  • Palatability:

  • Puppy-Bac is carefully formulated to be highly palatable. This ensures that even finicky eaters will readily consume it, making it a reliable choice for dogs in need of extra nourishment.

In summary, Dogzymes Puppy-Bac is a well-rounded product that caters to a broad spectrum of canine needs, from the fragile early stages of life to senior dogs requiring additional support. Its careful formulation, resembling natural milk sources and featuring essential nutrients, direct-fed microbials, and digestive enzymes, makes it an excellent choice for breeders, veterinarians, and dog owners seeking to provide top-notch care for their canine companions.

    Puppy Bac Formula

Posted by Jacqui D on Nov 25th 2023

This formula was a godsend for our nine day old Bull terrier puppies. Mom was diagnosed with pancreatitis and was forced to stop nursing. We picked up 1 lb of Puppy-Bac at a show prior to our delivery "just in case". Our puppies did great on NP Puppy-Bac milk replacer. We ordered more but being in California it took five or six days to get to us. In the meantime we picked up some Esbilac formula to feed puppies until our order of Nature's pharmacy Puppy-Bac came. Our puppies immediately started to have diarrhea after switching to the Esbilac. Our smallest puppy required emergency room fluid for dehydration caused by the Esbilac. When I looked at the ingredients in the Esbilac I was shocked. The first ingredient was vegetable oil! I could not believe this is what I was feeding my puppies. As soon as we switched our puppies back to Nature's pharmacy Puppy-Bac formula the diarrhea stopped and all of their problems went away. We would spare no expense to feed our puppies the best after the amount of work and money spent to get them here, but as an added bonus Nature's pharmacy formula was less than half the price of the Esbilac. Esbilac formula mixes one tablespoon to 30cc's of water and cost $14.70/# when you buy a 5# bag, Nature's pharmacy formula mixes one tablespoon to 60 cc's of water and cost $13.75/# when we ordered a 4# tub. I have been breeding standard Bull Terriers for 15 years and I will never use another formula on my puppies if the need arises again! Thanks for the great product! Puppy-Bac Milk Formula

Posted by Kristen Lawver on Sep 20th 2023

This is a really good product and I would recommend breeders to keep this on hand. I usually store a big container in the fridge. It's good for puppies that may be slow nursing, or need more nutrition. I've had a number of toy premies who are smaller than the rest, who do very well on this formula. When I am weaning the puppies, I use the nipple on the syringe from Nature's Farmacy with the Puppy-Bac Milk Formula and get the puppies used to the taste. I also offer the formula in a bowl, and I soak the kibble with it. The Puppy-Bac has immediate positive results. The puppies coat comes in thick and luxurious, and super soft, which doesn't happen from their mother's milk. The puppies really benefit from the vitamins and minerals, and my fine boned puppies are much healthier and the bones are stronger and less likely to break. The mother dogs love the formula as well and clean up the puppies and polish the bowls.

Had to wean puppies early. I used this as formula to bottle feed. Them added to goats milk. Now I add to their puppy mush. My puppies have beautiful poop!

    Puppy Bac

Posted by Traci L on Oct 9th 2021

Just switched to Puppy Bac after years of faithfully using another product. But a breeder friend told me to give it a try as she swears by it. My litter is doing amazing on it!

    Puppy Bac milk replacer

Posted by Liz McKinney on Mar 7th 2021

Best milk replacer I have ever used. It is the only milk replacer that puts weight on premie pups. The pups love it. I won’t use anything else.
